This template includes following sections/elements:


Defect Overview: This section includes overall defect’s status of different milestones in a single view. This also includes table view for total Open Defects under different milestones.

Test Case Overview: This section include overall test case execution status in a tabular format (NFR,UI and Functional).

Smoke Test Overview: This section include different modules and total count of scenarios in each module.

Defects per Module/Milestone: Automatically fetch the defect count of different modules/milestones in the application.

Defect Overview in Graph: This section includes overall defect’s status of different milestones in Graphical view.

Defect count per priority: Tabular format that depicts the Functionality, UI defects under different milestones.

Defect Metrics: Tabular format to measure the outstanding defect ratio, defect removal ratio and defect fixed ratio for different milestones.

Smoke Test: This will help QA to start-up execution with basic scenarios on different builds and also specify the status of execution.

NFR Test Cases: To keep track the Non-functional test cases (such as performance, recovery, interoperability, security). I also mentioned some sample test cases. 

UI Test Cases: To keep track the UI related test cases. Specific to application.

Functional Test Cases: To keep track the functional related test cases. Specific to application.

Defect Sheet: To track the defects raised by QA.

Suggestion: To track the feedback/suggestions raised by QA and UAT team.

UAT: To track the defects raised by UAT team.

Performance Analysis: This is a simple template to track the time analysis for different scenarios related the applications. Performance analysis must be an important one to each build. 

API Request & Response Testing: This is a template to track the requests and responses based on the application flow.
